Operational support of facilities: You accompany our sites in all questions of care organization and process optimization and ensure a smooth workflow. Special relief and strengthening of care services: You act as a central point of contact for the PDLs, support complex technical issues and moderate solutions to organisational challenges. Regional Management Interface: You prepare basis for decision-making, accompany strategic projects and contribute to the management of the region through your analyses and reflections. Project-related location support: If necessary, you will take on temporary operational tasks on site to ensure stability, quality and relief. Organisation and implementation of regional measures: You support regional priority initiatives – from nursing topics to digitalization and quality offensives.

A successfully completed/study/training in health care or training for nursing services in the outpatient area Extensive professional experience in healthcare, or in the operative business of outpatient care facilities Experience in the management of complex projects Extensive knowledge and experience in service plan and quality management Served handling of MS Office and ideally with home management and care documentation programs Communication and enforcement capabilities as well as the ability to work structurally within the framework of projects National travel activity presumed
