Number: MER000495N In the field of charging technologies, we are responsible for the design and mechanical development of innovative charging systems including their testing and series release for Mercedes-Benz cars. This includes the development, design, protection and release of components across the entire product development process. We are looking for you as a working student for this challenging and exciting task area. These challenges include: Optimization of test bench programs for testing exhaust gas turbochargers at component and full engine test benches Support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of tests on test benches and vehicles Evaluation and evaluation of measurement data as well as derivation of action recommendations Implementing Cause Analysis in Occurrences and Definition of Suitable Measures Breakdown, detection and documentation of test components and preparation of exhaust gas turbochargers for test bench and vehicle tests Maintenance and evaluation of documentation databases as well as independent processing of defined work packages We offer: Working along the entire production process from prototype phase to series release Exciting insights into the development of innovative charging technologies for Mercedes-Benz cars Close cooperation with experts from development, testing and experimentation Own-sponsored takeover of versatile tasks in a technically demanding environment Practical experience in the analysis, evaluation and optimization of modern drive components The activity can begin from March 2027.

Course in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Experiences with evaluation tools such as MDA, CANape, Diadem or Uniplot are advantageous Class B driving licence Technical understanding and affinity to the product Knowledge in the field of internal combustion engines and thermodynamics is desirable Technical training is advantageous Analytical way of thinking and structured working Communication skills and constructive handling of challenges Commitment and Responsibility Ability to work independently and work together in the team
