Associate - Integration & Value Creation

As an Associate - Integration & Value Creation (m/w/d), you are centrally involved in the implementation of our integrations and scaling initiatives. You work closely with the Group Head of Integration & Value Creation and the COO and take responsibility for the operational implementation across several companies. We need your support for that!

Control & Performance Support and partially independent control of post-Merger integrations (Day 1, 30, 60, 100)

Construction and tracking of relevant KPIs (e.g. time-to-integration, synergies, performance)

Analysis of the performance of individual societies and derivation of concrete measures

Ensuring that defined initiatives are implemented operationally

Construction & scaling Implementation of group-wide standards (SOPs, Governance, Structures) in the individual units

Working to build a scalable operating model

Integration of new societies into existing structures

Identification and implementation of Best Practises across multiple societies

Close cooperation with subsidiaries' management to further develop their units

Close cooperation with: local stakeholders

Management of subsidiaries

Multiannual experience in consulting, private equity, start-up/scale-up or comparable environment with operational focus

First experience in integration, transformation or multi-Company setups

Ability to drive and implement topics independently

High levels of implementation, analytical thinking and pragmatic working
