You lead, control and develop a motivated team in the TGA operational field You have budget monitoring and project controlling of your own responsibility You accompany the optimization and further development of business processes within your area of responsibility and control active communication to internal and external interfaces Central contact person and knowledge provider for all topics related to the development of energetic measures in the TGA department Active support of our planning department in the entire supply and order process Ensuring the execution of services in terms of timing and quality

Successfully completed technical training (Master, Bachelor, Technicians HLSK) in the field of heating/ventilation/climate technology Funded knowledge of the structures Heating, sanitation, cold and climate Leadership and enforcement skills Good CAD 2D/3D knowledge and experience in the application of calculation programs Knowledge of energy management and technology, in particular knowledge of the heat sector, as well as the network sector (gas and electricity) Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws (GEG, EEG, KWKG, etc.) and funding programme (BEG-EM/WG) desirable Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Knowledge in SAP ERP as well as energy consulting software (e.g. Energy Consultant Professional 3D) of advantage
