Our health center has been successfully opened since last year and continues to develop dynamically. We are looking for a qualified person in part-time or full-time who accompanies employees (m/w/d) on their way to more health, fitness and well-being.

Do you want to develop training concepts, optimize ergonomic jobs and develop modern health programs? Then you will find an environment where you can contribute your expertise and achieve real impact.

Care of the training area and training of employees in the correct handling of fitness equipment and exercises Creating and adapting individual training plans to promote physical fitness Analysis of ergonomic jobs and derivation of preventive measures Implementation of health talks and support in occupational integration management (BEM) Planning and management of fitness courses and offers in business sports Development of new health offerings and cooperation on innovative BGF concepts

Successfully completed sports studies, a training as a fitness trainer, health adviser or a comparable qualification in the health sector Knowledge of ergonomics and occupational health management Practical experience in the course management and creation of individual training concepts Joy in working with people of different levels of fitness and experience Secure appearance, communication strength and high empathy Additional qualifications such as nutrition advice, rehabilitation sports or prevention are advantageous Self-employed, structured working and motivation to help shape new things
