Revenue management experts (m/f/d)

For our hospital we are looking for an experienced one at the next time (full or part-time)

with strong competence in the stationary hospital billing, in medical controlling and in the optimization of administrative processes along the entire patient journey.

In this key position, you will ensure correct and complete billing, the sustainable improvement of the liquidity codes as well as the close interlocking of patient administration, patient billing and medical controlling.

Ensuring proper, complete and timely stationary and outpatient performance accounting Analysis and optimization of hospital revenue and liquidity indicators Processing and reduction of open items and associated communication with cost-holders, patients and service providers Identification of revenue potentials and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures Control and further development of processes between patient intake, patient administration, billing and medical controlling Ensuring consistent data and process quality along the entire accounting process Support for MD exams and analysis of test rates and referral reasons Close cooperation with medical service, care, coding staff and commercial areas Implementation of evaluations, economic analysis and management reports Participation in digitization and process optimization projects Advising executives on billing-relevant and redeeming issues

Completed studies in health management, health economics, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in revenue management, medical controlling or hospital billing Funded knowledge in the DRG system as well as in hospital financing and billing law Very good understanding of the relationships between patient administration, coding, performance documentation and accounting Experience in the analysis and improvement of cash and receivable figures Safe handling of hospital information systems (KIS) as well as common reporting and BI tools Analytical Thinking Power, Structured Operation and High Implementation Competence Communication strength and ability to cross-departmental cooperation
