Head of Logistics / Supervisor as Flow Manager – Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

Leadership: Specialist and disciplinary management of shiftworkers (m/w/d) including personnel development. Operational control: Responsibility for a storage area (e.g. goods receipt or goods exit) and the continuous optimization of all operating processes. Customer management: Contact person for customers and ensuring the contractually agreed service levels (SLAs). Reporting: Monitoring relevant key figures (KPIs) and direct reporting to the operations and site management. Compliance & Security: Ensuring all occupational safety and environmental regulations and strict compliance requirements. Resource Management: Responsibility for the efficient and sustainable use of personnel, materials and equipment. Project work: independent acquisition and implementation of special tasks and multi-site projects.

Qualification: Complete professional training – e.g. Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Fachkraft für Logistik und Materialwirtschaft (m/w/d) o. A. – or comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in the logistics sector. Language knowledge: German and English (word/writing); Polish knowledge is a clear plus. IT-Skills: Safe handling of popular MS Office applications. Operation: Structured, strategic working style with a strong target and solution orientation. Mindset: High cost awareness, reliability and the ability to make independent decisions. Soft Skills: communication-strong personality with strong service orientation and team spirit. Flexibility: High commitment and willingness to adapt to dynamic requirements.
