Performing visual, measurement, functional and documentation tests: You take the goods receipt check according to test plans, technical drawings and specifications. Commodity inputs are evaluated and released or blocked according to the specified quality requirements. By means of the operation and application of measuring and testing means, you are instrumental in ensuring product conformity. Documentation of the test results: All test results are documented and evaluated by you and the quality-relevant data are maintained in the corresponding systems. In addition, you start, edit and follow the associated reports. Creation of supplier complaints: In cooperation with the specialist departments, supplier complaints are set and processed by you – in addition, you will participate in cause analyses as well as in the implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Working with improvement projects: Working with internal improvement projects as well as identifying quality and process weaknesses is still part of your task. In addition, you support initial sampling, special testing and measuring instrument monitoring.
