Ensuring stable and smooth operation of document management Monitoring of the system landscape including performance, availability and monitoring Analysis and sustainable troubleshooting in 2nd / 3rd level support Participation in releases, deployments and changes in ongoing operation Continuous optimization and further development of the system environment Technical support and advice of professionals

Completed study with multi-year professional experience in IT Good knowledge of Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server Experience with databases and scripting Basic knowledge or first practical experience with OpenShift of advantage First contact points with document management systems desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) required
