Pedagogical Specialist/Nurse – Living with Assistance (m/f/d)

In our houses in the Bad Oldesloe room we accompany people with assistance needs. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you in parttime at 20-35 hours a week.

Your tasks

Begleitung & Support: People with primary mental impairments experience safety, orientation and joy in all areas of life through their support – be it in everyday care, the design of leisure or social coexistence.

Promotion: With empathy, you create trusted relationships, promote social skills and strengthen residents in their personal development and self-responsibility.

Document & quality assurance: You carefully and accurately document your observations, measures and developments in the Connext Vivendi system and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the care processes.

Your profile

Qualifications: They bring a completed education as a pedagogical specialist (educatorin or curative caregiverin), as a nursing professional with experience in dealing with psychiatrically altered clientele or ergotherapist*in.

Enhance: Openness and an attentive view for individual needs are yours. They are actively involved in the team with your personality and contribute to our community.

Ideal, but no need: Ideally, you are in possession of a class B licence.

Sustainability: Ob early, late or weekend - in shift and weekend service, keep an overview and bring reliability.
