You take responsibility for creditor or debitor accounting You carry out accounts, clarify inconsistencies and plead the accounts You check and book input or output invoices You collect, validate and book payment outputs or payment inputs You monitor dues and check payments You are responsible for the dunning and receivables processes and supports monthly, quarterly and annual accounts

You have a completed commercial training, such as Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) or Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d), ideally with additional qualification in accounting You bring professional experience in creditor or debitor accounting You have an IT affinity as well as sound knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel You work structured and analytically and are reliable and responsible You have communication and team skills
