CNC lathe / CNC milling cutter (m/w/d)

Your skills: program and operate CNC machines

Your tasks in production:

• CNC lathes and milling machines operate and monitor
• Program CNC turning and milling machines and customize programs / optimise
• Make tool change
• Production monitoring of tool parameters
• Measurements with handheld instruments and test equipment, documentation
• fault detection and elimination of minor technical disturbances Operation
• Machine maintenance: simple maintenance and maintenance Cleaning services

Your professional qualification:

• training in the metal sector, e.g. machining mechanic, Industrial mechanic, precision mechanic (all m/w/d) or comparable technical training
• Practice / experience in operation, setup and monitoring of CNC machines
• Knowledge of programming and adaptation of CNC programs (e.g. Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain)
• Safe handling of technical drawings, experiences in handling with measuring means, basic knowledge of fault analysis and correction small machine disturbances
