You determine the services provided directly on the construction site or on the basis of plan documents and transfer them to the breakable positions of the service directories belonging to the construction order You support building and project management in performance and cost control You will check the bills for mass comparison with clients and assembly partners You also carry out regular construction site visits to track and document the work done

Completed training in a commercial (e.g. as an industrial clerk / businesswoman for office management / office clerk m/w/d) or technical training or cross-release m/w/d with technical interest Professional experience and experience in a craft environment desirable (optimal would be in construction) or self-confidence to grow into this role Good MS Office Knowledge and Driving Class B Travel readiness in the regional area desirable Self-responsible and committed working style as well as pleasure in working in the team
