Perception of the holistic object responsibility including technical operator responsibility of the object and budget responsibility Monitoring, testing, control and optimization of technical installations and technical control of repair measures Implementation of cost, time and quality control and warranty tracking Operational, technical and economic plant responsibility in the object Coordination of maintenance measures under applicable laws, standards and guidelines and technical operations for object projects Development of maintenance strategies and coordination with owners and asset owners (m/w/d) Senior Consultant (m/w/d) für die im Objekten, incl. interface coordination between projects and ongoing operation

Complete technical/university studies with field of building technology, facility management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics as well as extensive professional experience in building and plant engineering Very good knowledge of legal requirements (laws, standards, guidelines) and combined knowledge of other structures in construction/building flexibility Good MS Office and SAP knowledge Very good communication capability and safe occurrence Very good analytical and strategic skills as well as customer orientation Management skills and experience
