You make sure that all legal requirements, internal guidelines and co-determination rights are complied with when implementing and amending IT systems. Be part of an innovative team in the Schwarz Group and contribute significantly to the compliance of our IT systems!

Your tasks

• Leadership: You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of IT Risk & Compliance
• Policy Keeper: You organize compliance with relevant requirements and internal guidelines. In addition, you are responsible for the process of compliance with co-determination rights, develop optimization measures and coordinate works council meetings.
• Tool management: You initiate the (further) development of IT tools for risk management as part of the introduction of IT systems.
• Stakeholder Management: You are the hub for coordination between IT, departments and compliance areas (data protection, labour law, works council).
• In addition, you test the implementation of IT compliance requirements and solve problems and conflicts.
• Further development: building a pragmatic IT risk management system with added value.

Your profile

• High affinity for IT as well as a strong interest in legal issues - in particular corporate participation and data protection.
• Complete studies in the field of business informatics or comparable studies (e.g. business management).
• Multiannual (at least 6 years) professional experience in compliance management, IT management or comparable functions in companies or as consultants.
• Leadership experience (at least 2 years) and experience in dealing with interdisciplinary matrix organisations.
• Strong organizational, analytical and conceptual skills, as well as professional interaction with different stakeholders.
• A high degree of sense of responsibility and communication skills (in German and English) combined with an independent and structured way of working, and willingness to go the extra mile.
