Administration and development of our Windows environment (Active Directory, Domain Controller, Clients, User Management) Support and administration of our specialist applications (e.g. cross-border goods and production systems or cashless payment and cash register systems) Administration of databases (Oracle and MS SQL) and IT applications (e.g. PRTG, Baramundi, Oxidized, Netbox) Own processing of support requests in the first and second level range Operation of server infrastructure (virtualization with Proxmox, external virtual servers, including Open Stack, backup systems Veeam and PBS) Operation of the network infrastructure: All layers of the campus networks and the backbones for connecting the nearly 2,000 units of the student residences, as well as the connection of the external sites between Schwäbisch Gmünd and Biberach Control of external service providers and close cooperation with internal specialist departments Cooperation in the development of the entire IT and application landscape ensuring IT security and data protection; documentation of the systems; Instruction and training of employees

Completed training or comparable qualifications/experiences in IT Professional starters*in, already with relevant professional experience, re- or cross-entry knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows environments; application and database administration; system and network administration; Support Basic knowledge of IT, interest in a broad IT spectrum and the willingness to continuously work into new topics Documentation, planning and implementation of projects, as well as the support of colleagues from IT and other departments are of course part of their work for you. This includes an independent targeted work Good German knowledge for internal communication and user support Ownership of driving licence Class B
