Expert in Strategic Bank Management (m/f/d)

At Sparkassen Rating und Risksysteme GmbH, you work on key issues of strategic bank management in the Sparkassen financial group. Together with our customers, you develop ideas for analysis, control impulses and the further development of our products. In doing so, you combine bank expertise with a good sense of the challenges of the institutes and introduces professional requirements into sustainable concepts and implementation initiatives. We are looking for an experienced, communication-strong personality that goes actively into the exchange with our customers, recognizes needs, structured topics and develops effective solutions together with specialist and technical teams. Your duties include: the technical support and further development of the topics of strategic bank management the recognition, acceptance and structuring of customer needs and their translation into concepts, analyses and further development initiatives the development of new analysis approaches and product impulses together with our customers the processing of technical questions, e.g. in the fields of medium-term planning, strategy and business model analysis, business field control, balance sheet analysis, interest book and liquidity management or RWA control the representation of professional content to customers: women, specialist bodies and internal stakeholders

a completed study or comparable practical knowledge multiannual professional experience in banking roles, ideally related to bank management, controlling, risk management or strategic management a good understanding of the control logics and business economic issues of institutes the ability to identify, structure and translate into sustainable concepts a safe, binding and communication-strong appearance a structured, independent and pragmatic manner Helpful, but no need Experience in individual topics of strategic bank management Experience in exchange with customers: women, bodies or specialist events Understanding data-based analytics, reporting or IT-related implementation projects
