Complete study of civil engineering (design engineering) or a comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the management of a team is required Vocational experience in the design or planning of precast concrete parts is desirable Enforceability and communicative skill in handling internal and external interfaces High level of initiative and hands-on mentality Structured, solution-oriented and team-oriented work Good knowledge of CAD programs (preferably Tekla Structures) and MS Office programs Good knowledge of English is advantageous
