Waldheim This is your job in the future • Responsibility for the legal protection of the projects, including the required permissions according to BImSchG and Baurecht • coordination of approval procedures and coordination with authorities and other stakeholders; Examination of requirements for cable connections • Creation of complete application documents, processing of queries and reliable time-limit management • Selection, commissioning and control of external specialist offices and the expert advice and services necessary for the procedure • Assessment of regulatory requirements - both with regard to their legal admissibility and their economic impact • Support for project management through communication with municipalities, authorities and internal and external project partners • Implementation of restriction queries (e.g. directional radio, archaeology, combatants) and collection of relevant management information
