Training Consultant (m/w/d) - Training Center

A job that counts: your tasks Implementation of technical product training for customers, partners and internal target groups (presence, in-house and online trainings) Professional responsibility for the training area automatic, including ensuring quality and topicality Self-responsible organisation and conceptual development of the automatic training portfolio (certifications, in-house, webinars, workshops) Working with the development of modern learning formats (Blended Learning, Digital E-Learning Modules) Success measurement based on relevant KPIs and continuous optimization of the automatic training offer Impetus for the strategic development of the training area and the used Learning Management Software

Experience that counts: Your skills Master, technician, engineer or comparable qualification with corresponding further training in the field of electronics/metal construction Multiannual technical experience in the field of automatic doors or door lock technology Experience and knowledge in the design and implementation of training, ideally in the technical, product-related environment Embossed didactic competence and high presentation strength Analytical and conceptual skills Sovereign appearance and pronounced communication capability Secure handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) Federal-wide readiness to travel (service cars are provided) knowledge of German language; English knowledge of advantage
