Subject matter expert with a focus on mechanics in quality assurance (m/f/d)

Special responsibility for the quality of mechanical parts (e.g. milling, welding and assembly production) Ensuring and further developing quality standards in mechanical manufacturing Analysis of quality deviations, causes analysis (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa) and sustainable action tracking Close cooperation with manufacturing, work preparation, construction and quality planning Definition, introduction and monitoring of test plans, testing methods and production releases Support in process qualification and continuous improvement measures (CDP) as well as technical support in internal audits and in the further development of QS processes in own production

Complete technical training with further training to the technician or master, ideally in mechanical engineering or in metal engineering Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance explicitly desired: Long-year QS practice in industrial environment with high self-made depth Very good knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes Safe handling of technical drawings, tolerances and measuring devices Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation and enforcement strength and communication capability
