Processing the telephone requests of our customers Processing of the associated downstream processes (e.g. documentation and maintenance of customer data) Debt collection (in particular contribution refunds, manual dunning) Finishing Support for other tasks in the daily business

You have: a successfully completed commercial training and ideally first experience in customer service or call center. a customer-oriented way of working and bringing the necessary sensitivity to the needs of our customers. a pronounced communication capability and pleasure in calling. good knowledge of German in word and writing. a quick understanding. high team capacity and flexibility. willingness to continue.
