As support for the digitization of our personal files, you take care of the E-files carefully and make sure that all documents are stored completely, correctly and structured. You participate in the operational HR service, answer internal enquiries and provide relevant documents reliably. Your tasks include supporting the team in day-to-day business and helping with administrative processes to ensure smooth running.

You are immaculate and are in an economic or personal course of study – for example BWL, HR Management, Business Psychology or a comparable course of study – and you want to gain first practical insights into HR and Payroll. Your work is reliable, careful and structured. You will be happy to work with sensitive personal data, retrieve your documents responsibly and keep an overview even with recurring tasks. You can safely work with common office applications, bring good digital skills and quickly integrate yourself into new HR systems, digital E-Akte structures and tools. Very good knowledge of German (- C1) as well as your willingness to work on site, complete your profile and provide you with reliable support in the HR service.
