Tax Manager Germany (m/f/d)

STELLENUAL You take responsibility for group-wide reporting of indirect taxes in several countries and also guide the German tax compliance. This double role is central to secure the tax positions of Capri Sun, to ensure high-quality reporting and to promote operational excellence through strong systems, SAP processes and internal controls. As a primary interface between tax, finance and IT, you ensure that compliance frameworks are scalable and consistent with the constantly evolving European and local legal requirements. In addition, you coordinate and tax external tax advisors that support the tax compliance of the Capri Sun. DISCLOSURE Indirect taxes Examination, approval and monitoring of the production and timely submission of sales tax pre-registrations and other relevant indirect or excise duties in several countries Ensuring correct notifications to tax authorities, Bundesbank and statistical offices; if required, independent preparation of declarations Observing legal developments in EU and national turnover tax law, assessing the impact and advice of management on necessary measures German Taxation Management of the creation, testing and timely submission of corporate tax, commercial tax and other tax declarations Creation of annual German tax calculations including the associated Group Reporting Packages Head of office for auditors, support in audits and representation of the tax positions of German companies Systems, SAP & Internal controls Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to implement and optimize tax-relevant system adaptations, in particular in SAP Tax advice on internal areas such as Sales, Procurement and Legal Care and responsibility of a comprehensive compliance calendar of all tax and regulatory reporting obligations Construction and continuous development of documentation in the internal control system, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) for regular control processes Ensuring fully documented and standard execution of all compliance tasks

Master's degree in Taxes, Economy, Finance, Accounting or Comparative Qualification, Qualification as Tax Consultant (m/w/d) is a plus At least 5 years of experience in German tax law and in the field of indirect taxes, ideally in an industrial company In-depth practical knowledge of German corporate tax law, trade tax law and European VAT Directives, experience with excise taxes (e.g. sugar or plastic tax) of advantage Extensive practical experience with ERP systems, in particular SAP ERP, safe handling of system logics, tax codes and IT implementations Experience in the support of external service providers and international stakeholders in cross-disciplinary projects focusing on process quality and optimization Strongly structured and detailed operation High motivation to drive forward and use automation potentials Flowing German and English skills
