As Manager of Operational Resilience (m/w/d), you develop a test program for operational resilience according to DORA and drive its continuous optimization. To do this, create and maintain the test plans, coordinate the smooth implementation and analyze the test results regarding the impact on the operational resilience of our bank. You document your findings in a structured manner and report regularly to management and relevant bodies. In addition, you contribute your expertise to the further development of the test method and take into account technological trends in addition to regulatory requirements. In addition, you will support us in both audits and assessments and (partial) projects to strengthen operational resilience.
