Traineeprogramm Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

In the 18-month trainee program, you will learn the diverse tasks in managing shopping properties at various ECE locations. You build a holistic understanding of economic, strategic and operational issues around our center. In the first 12 months, you’ll be able to track asset management, center management and lease management, while asset management plays a key role. You are working intensively on the economic and strategic management of our shopping center, gaining insights into cooperation with investors, analysing performance key figures and supporting the development of individual assets. In addition, you will learn the operational control of the center as well as the development and implementation of rental concepts. You will then deepen your knowledge in one of the areas. The deepening phase is predominantly provided in asset management. In the case of appropriate interest and suitability, depressions in leasing or center management are also possible. After completion of the trainee program, you will become a Junior Asset, Leasing or Center Manager in your respective specialisation area Your personal and professional development is supported by mentors, feedback talks and trainings. The trainee program starts in October 2026.

Successfully completed studies with the field of real estate / trade / economics or comparable studies. First practical experience in real estate or retail desirable Interest in shaping the urban marketplaces of the future Openness, strong team capacity, flexibility and readiness to change Result orientation, initiative and willingness to take over responsibility Very good communication skills in German (min. C1) and English and sovereign appearance Germany-wide readiness to deploy in particular in the area of Center Management
