What you are moving with us: You develop and implement the operational targets in the associated area (Metropolregion Hamburg) with regard to opening, closing, extensions and own project developments. You categorize the branch stock and derive measures for the further qualitative and quantitative development of the branch network. You create potential and location analyses within your expansion area. You acquire appropriate locations and negotiate the necessary contracts. You manage the cooperation and maintain contact with investors:inside, developers:inside, brokers:inside and decision-makers:inside in politics and administration.

What convinces us: Your completed internship, business studies or geography studies are desirable as well as your proven professional experience of at least three years in a comparable position. Their affinity for trading, especially for LEH. Your good knowledge of planning, construction and rental contract law are of course for you. Your communication strength, negotiation security and your good network in the real estate industry complete your profile. Your collaboration with numerous internal and external interfaces is designed as a team player and represent our company to the outside. Your routined handling of MS-Office as well as possession of a passenger car license.
