Acquisition of new franchise partners through systematic market processing Implementation and evaluation of market potential and competitive analyses Creation of geo- and potential analyses at regional level Identification of “White Spots” for a comprehensive network coverage Intensive and independent cooperation with the Euromaster and Michelin colleagues in the sales and care area Economic analysis and consulting during the acquisition phase Organisation and control of external partners Independently responsible implementation and processing of outbound campaigns Planning of implementation of regional meetings and fairs Active cooperation in the development of the sales concept

Completed commercial or technical training / studies Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the franchise sector Extensive knowledge of the tires and the automotive industry Sales experience combined with entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as business knowledge Willingness to continue developing and track the latest industry trends Ability to deal with people, as well as skill to conduct negotiations with potential candidates Impressed organisational capacity and communication strength Self-working and sense of responsibility High readiness, flexibility and nationwide readiness Safe handling of MS Office programs
