Your tasks:

• Implementation of individual repairs
• Fixing insurance damage
• Modernization of apartments
• Small maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. replacement of defective switches, outlets, lamps, repairs of ring/speakers)
• Fixing power failures
• Execution of tests according to VDE (e.g. viewing and testing of the electrical system in a rental apartment (E-Check))
• Housing installation (e.g. cable laying and assembly work in the area of housing modernization)
