The ABB Training Center Berlin gGmbH is an educational service provider of ABB Germany for dual training occupations. Vocational training focuses on metal and electrical engineering and mechatronics.

Our customers from the ABB divisions as well as approx. We support 150 cooperation companies from Berlin and Brandenburg with a modern and high-quality basic training of their trainees. Qualified and dedicated trainers who, with innovative teaching methods and individual support for the trainees, convey the technical content and social skills are the basis of our success! You are mainly responsible for:

Implementation of practical and theoretical training of trainees in the fields of metal technology Identification of knowledge and skills in accordance with the training regulations and internal training plan and implementation of performance assessments of trainees Support for trainees in the preparation of examinations and for operational and non-operational projects Promoting trainees in the development of specialist, methodological and social skills Cooperation with cooperation companies, vocational schools and the relevant IHKs Preparing and implementing new teaching and learning concepts in terms of digitalization

Complete training for mechatronics or industrial mechanics Ideally advanced training to the state-tested technician or master Training examination is available Multiannual professional experience combined with strong knowledge in the field of metalworking and assembly of mechatronic systems as well as pneumatics / hydraulics Knowledge in techn. Communication and application of CAD-based systems Good computer skills German knowledge fluent in word and writing, English knowledge is desirable Self-employed and self-responsible working and willingness to learn Team skills and empathy
