ACT NOW! - these are your tasks: Technical responsibility and commercial support for the execution of projects between € 10-100 million. Creation of performance directories, specifications and creation of offerings and consistent application of project management systems Own acquisition of orders and in particular follow-up orders Leadership of the project team and the entrepreneurs in the respective trade union Negotiation and technical clarification with customers and suppliers Documentation of all contractual agreements within the contract and advice and support of national and international customers Monitoring of projects with regard to project financing and margin Design and specification of devices, control systems and plant parts Ensuring technical and commercial processing, commissioning and execution of acceptances Compilation of all relevant documents, such as project documents, building board and corresponding coordination/transmission with the building management Timely reporting on project budget and progress, deviations to start planning and claim potential Technical project responsibility and assembly monitoring until handover to the customer Ensuring compliance with project objectives with HSE, results, costs, quality and dates Immediate provision of the final documentation as well as immediate initiation of completion and accounting after completion of the project Involving the relevant support functions

Your profile - you should bring:

Complete engineering study or comparable. A completed technician or master training desirable Multiannual professional experience in management of large-scale projects in the field of electrical energy technology, control technology or battery storage Knowledge / Experience in Contract Law Multiannual practical experience in offering creation, project execution and employee management Secure handling of MS-Office and SAP systems as well as reliable knowledge of German and English Class B travel and valid driving licence A strong entrepreneurial thinking and self-initiative action as well as a high communication capability complete your profile
