Support of a fixed customer group in coordination with the external service Reading of technical drawings and creation, tracking and commercial processing of offers (including SAP) Care and development of customer relationships through proactive communication Support for complaint processing and order tracking Telephone consultancy and accompaniment for technical & commercial questions
