Insurance Service Clerk in the Office (m/f/d)

In our office in the city centre of Augsburg you will find a team that lives financial advice at the highest level. We are now looking for a long-term reinforcement for the following activities: Advising and supporting existing customers in the internal service on insurance and financial products Creation, processing and management of insurance applications, contracts and policies Procurement and tracking Processing of performance and damage cases in coordination with customers and insurers Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system Support for technical questions and preparation of customer appointments General correspondence (phone, written, digital) with customers and insurers
