You are responsible for the planning and evaluation of the procedures and IT infrastructures operated by the HZD for the police regarding IT security, availability, security and IT emergency provision. You advise customers on new projects, conduct regular safety evaluations and support audits. In addition, ensure compliance with relevant safety requirements and coordinate coordination with all the bodies involved. You support the digital transformation of administration by developing modern IT solutions that promote efficiency and proximity to citizens in the country's administration processes.

You have a completed relevant scientific higher education of computer science or a comparable degree course or you have comparable knowledge. You bring very good experience in the design of redundant, highly available IT architectures in hybrid environments. You have extensive knowledge in the design of security architectures (ideally Zero Trust, IAM, Encryption, Network Segmentation). You have knowledge of ISO 27001/BSI basic protection, risk analysis and KRITIS requirements. You have very good experience in supporting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and creating emergency manuals, restart plans and disaster recovery concepts.
