For our team at the Neukölln site we are looking for active support from 01.05.2026 educators, nurses, nurses or a specialist with comparable qualifications (m/w/d) In the middle of the lively gravel of Neukölln, we currently provide 19 persons with individual residences and 16 persons with benefits in our housing communities. The department office as well as a meeting point for our employees are located in the Erkstraße, the housing communities are e.g. T. within walking distance. The team supports people with learning difficulties in overcoming barriers in the sense of the federal participation law. The wishes and objectives of our service owners are at the forefront of us. We support them in the sense of the Federal Dispute Act in overcoming barriers. With your commitment, you support adult people with support needs and support them in everyday life. By providing personalised and social-space-oriented assistance, you promote the self-determination and participation of the beneficiaries. In addition to the documentation of all relevant data, you work with members, with legal supervisors and other interfaces. Your creative input is desired: We look forward to your ideas in the conceptual and practical development of our offers.

You have a qualification as educators, nurses and the like with a state-of-the-art recognition. You are interested in working with our target groups - regardless of whether you already have professional experience or just start your career. As a reflected person, you question your professional action and can also deal with crisis situations in everyday care. You bring the willingness to orientate themselves to the needs and wishes of the beneficiaries, and possibly also at the weekend.

With an indefinite working relationship of 31.2 hours, you will be looking forward to a varied activity. Your service planning – based on the participation requirements of the beneficiaries – is in your hands. The working time is regularly below the week from Monday to Friday and every two months on a weekend. If there is a temporary increase in hours, we will vote on them together.
