Technical Model Maker (m/f/d)

Manufacture, assembly and maintenance of models, shapes and templates for the manufacturing process Work according to technical drawings, CAD data and workshop specifications Independent creation of CNC programs via CAD/CAM, as well as analysis of post processing data Manufacture of prototypes, original models and castings (for example, of wood, metal or plastic) Implementation of adaptation, reworking and repair work on existing models and tools Ensuring high dimensional accuracy in the tolerance chain and surface quality Coordination with the areas of construction and production for technical implementation Responsibility for order, cleanliness and care of tools and jobs

(m/w/d), precision engineer, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Experience in model, tool or mold construction, ideally in the industrial environment Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices Handicraft skill, precise and structured working Individual initiative, team skills and quality awareness Excellent analytical capability and understanding of the entire CAD/CAM process Knowledge of CNC machining and CAD/CAM are required if necessary 3D printing desirable
