Leadership and coordination of a team of specialists in the field of equipping and maintenance Responsibility for rapid and efficient repair of production facilities and minimisation of downtime Planning, organisation and monitoring of maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment Ensuring production readiness by preventive maintenance measures and rapid fault diagnosis Analysis and optimization of processes to increase the efficiency and reduction of downtime Close cooperation with the production management, the engineering department and other areas Training and development of the team, as well as ensuring the professional training of employees

Complete master training in metal, ideally as master in metal processing, mechanical engineering or mechatronics First experience in the leadership of teams in the field of equipping and maintenance Knowledge of the maintenance and repair of production facilities as well as of fault analysis and repair Technical understanding and experience in handling modern production machines Experience in process optimization and handling of maintenance software are advantageous Communication strength and a solution-oriented operation Flexibility and a high degree of self-responsibility
