Internal contact in all questions of property management for the supervised area of the Nord-Ost region Collection & analysis of data (financial, contractual, structural, legal, organisational) of all property-specific information, as well as audit & clearing of operating and auxiliary cost accounting Creation of the annual budget for operational, preventive, corrective and investment measures Takeover of location responsibility for all organizational issues of our headquarters in Berlin Ensuring the proper implementation of maintenance and services, and controlling internal and external service providers Creation of Business Case / Scenarios / Reports on the Persecution of Activities and Monitoring of SLA and KPI in relation to Managed Activities Development of a concept for ensuring the operational reliability of the real estate Cooperation with international teams

Successfully completed commercial studies, specialist or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the field of facility & property management Ideally advanced training in lean management, scrum or in-depth experience in project management Experience in monitoring budgets, tracking KPI ́s and communicating with various stakeholders Very good to excellent knowledge in handling Excel and other popular MS Office applications additional safe handling of SAP S4/Hana, RE/FX and good English skills (at least B2) The ability to focus on thinking and acting coupled with a good communication capability, as well as pleasure in teamwork
