You take over general assistance activities, as well as administrative and operational tasks of the daily business as support of Operations & Sales You support strategic activities and take on special projects independently You create presentation and meeting documents, prepare project data and keep their update As a central contact person, you act as a competent interface to internal employees:inside and external service providers and customers:inside In addition, create monthly evaluations via MS Office and/or SAP

You have successfully completed your commercial/technical training or study You already bring first professional experience in a similar function or are looking for a promising role for career entry You are versed in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications and with SAP You are an organizational institution and have pronounced analytical and problem solving skills. You can quickly adjust to new and changing tasks in the dynamic daily business A high level of communication strength, customer orientation and discretion
