You support the development, development and sustainable operation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and continuously develop processes and standards in the field of information security You work closely with the IT Compliance team and support the practical implementation of technical requirements from ISO 27001 as well as other relevant security and compliance requirements You act as an interface between IT compliance, departments and technical teams and ensure that information security requirements are implemented in a comprehensible, effective and sustainable manner Analyze and evaluate existing technical security measures with regard to their effectiveness, conduct or support risk analyses and derive appropriate technical and organisational measures and optimization potentials from this. You accompany internal and external audits, assist in the processing of audit findings and coordinate the necessary technical evidence and documentation Bringing your technical security expertise into security-relevant and cross-departmental projects and supporting the assessment of new technologies, applications and IT solutions as well as the continuous improvement of the company's security level

You have a degree in information security, cyber security, computer science or comparable training You have a good understanding of information security standards, in particular ISO 27001, and know their practical implementation in companies Ideally, you have already gained experience in the environment of ISMS, IT Security, Information Security, Audits, IT Compliance or regulatory requirements You can prepare complex technical issues in a comprehensible way and communicate confidently between disciplines, technical teams and compliance functions You work structured, analytic and solution-oriented, keeps track of complex relationships and drives topics autonomously and bindingly Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile
