Senior Project Manager Accounting International (m/f/d)

As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Accounting International, you take over the management and implementation of international projects in Accounting - for example for the automation of intercompany processes, for cash pooling with in-house banking, for power BI/BW reporting or regulatory requirements. You are responsible for all phases of the project: from the request to the design to the successful implementation and sustainable anchoring. You create project plans, status reports and decision templates for management and ensure clear, transparent communication. As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with departments, international companies and external partners. You also accompany change management measures. You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and develop sustainable solutions. In addition, you secure the proper accounting according to HGB and pay attention to compliance and governance requirements.

You have successfully completed a degree in economics, economics or a comparable qualification with the focus on accounting or finance. You have many years of professional experience in the finance and accounting environment as well as in consulting. You could acquire comprehensive knowledge of HGB accounting. You have already managed and successfully implemented international, cross-departmental projects several times. You bring deep experience in handling ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, ideally S/4HANA) as well as common project management tools. With your structured way of working and your analytical skills, you can also keep track of complex projects. You communicate clearly and convincingly and work independently and solution-oriented. Working with international teams will give you pleasure. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and bring an international readiness to travel.
