Your tasks are: Commissioning of customer orders Communication with customers to quantities and delivery dates Organisation of special transports in coordination with customers and freight disposition Stock planning and monitoring Evaluations of customer calls and divisions Processing of EDI inputs and first respondent in case of problems (missing ASN, EDI interferences) Construction and optimization of SAP master data Creation and termination of production orders Machine occupancy planning as well as reaction to production disorders, rescheduling and avoidance strategies Disposal of raw materials, packaging and purchasing parts as required in the goods management system (SAP) Processing of requirements via supplier portals Implementation of inventory at suppliers and service providers and responsibility for the annual inventory

Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification Professional experience in supply chain management, customs knowledge and logistics expertise Very good SAP knowledge (R/3, ideally also S/4 Hana) and safe handling of MS Office Experience in manufacturing control (planning and implementation) flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing The applications of disabled people are welcome.
