You keep your team professional and disciplined and develop your employees through regular feedback, coaching and individual promotion You control and plan the day-to-day operating business and support your team in complex issues as well as in day-to-day business. This includes, among other things, the examination of submitted customer documents for completeness and plausibility and the recognition and prevention of potential fraud You keep your team's key figures and goals in mind and make sure that our internal quality standards and agreed service levels are complied with for our banking and sales partners You analyze key figures, guide optimization potentials and develop our processes continuously together with the specialist areas You work closely with the management, product management and other team leaders to further optimize and automate our credit audit processes You are responsible for recruiting, incorporating and developing new employees and our trainees and working students

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the banking, financial or insurance environment, e.g. as a bank merchant (m/w/d), merchant for insurance and financial facilities (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the financial or credit environment and a good understanding of the processing and testing of consumer credits First professional and disciplinary leadership experience as well as joy in promoting and developing employees Embossed process understanding and fun to continuously analyze and optimize processes Safe handling of key figures, reports and Excel as well as an analytical and structured method Communication strength, enforcement ability and an appreciation of leadership High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
