Bakery Sales Assistant / Café Employee (m/f/d)

To support our team, we are looking for employees (m/w/d) for our café in Aue.

As an employee for sale, you are part of a motivated, well-trained and dynamic team. In addition to the independent and responsible implementation of transferred tasks, a high degree of readiness to use, resilience and a sense of duty and responsibility are required by you. Your tasks:

• Sale of fresh, handcrafted baked goods in high quality and versatile selection
• friendly and attentive service and professional individual customer advice
• Safe operation of the baking ovens and baking or Baking of baked products in the branch
• Integration and presentation of actions and seasonal highlights
• Secure operation of the cash register, independent operation of the order, creation of the cash billing, retour recording and inventory
• Knowing and mastering the assortment, its storage as well as the presentation of goods, the identification and award of prices
• Safe handling of complaints
• Preparation of coffee specialities, breakfasts and snacks
• Design of shop windows
• professional packaging of products
• compliance with hygiene regulations, protection of working and fires and cleaning and disinfection

Our requirements:

• preferably real or Main school degree
• preferential car driving licence and health card
