The Vivantes Klinikum im Friedrichshain is a house of maximum care and the oldest urban hospital in Berlin.

In 25 specialist departments, more than 43,000 patients are hospitalized per year and more than 71,000 patients are hospitalized. More than 3,300 babies come to the world every year in the large birth clinic with the Perinatal Center Level 1. Further focuses are the comprehensive emergency care with supraregional trauma center with more than 55,000 patients per year, the oncological center, the interdisciplinary vascular center, the Nephrological center with Shunt reference center and the numerous cardiological centers. The Neurology Clinic provides more than 1,900 patients per year and more than 700 patients at the certified Stroke Unit.

doctorate / specialist for neurology Habilitation or comparable scientific qualification desired ideally additional economic qualification (e.g. MBA) as many years as possible experience in a senior position in a hospital with certified Stroke Unit and network clinic of a neurovascular network (NVN) Clinical expertise in acutneurology with focus on neurovascular medicine, rechanneling management and neurological intensive medicine reliable handling of performance indicators in healthcare professionally versed, open-minded and humanly persuasive leaders estimating, respectful and friendly communication style conceptual, economic and innovative thinking and well-founded experience in quality management Commitment and joy in the design and development of the clinic
