Construction technician as product manager for BIM platforms (m/f/d)

You enter and administrate building-specific applications in the BIM environment, e.g. for application cases of defect or photo acquisition in models, as well as project collaboration with online platforms You secure the operation of these applications in our group and provide necessary support for our operational units You develop and implement necessary training measures for our operative colleagues and accompany change management You collect requirements, evaluate them and develop a further development strategy for applications and applications You take the interface function to all parties, such as software manufacturers and internal service providers, such as purchasing and IT infrastructure

You have a technical or comparable training and/or professional experience Ideally you have gained experience with REVIT, BIM 360, Trimble Connect or Dalux You are familiar with the essential construction processes (planning/work preparation & execution) and have already been able to gather experience at construction sites or in a planning office You are characterized by a friendly and sovereign appearance, a structured and independent way of working out You enjoy working in the team, good communication skills and are ready to travel You bring your sense of responsibility and your solution orientation You have very good German and good English skills
