Apprenticeship as an IT clerk IT system management (m/f/d)

You learn how IT services are organised and controlled in the company. Your focus is on the user support for our business and administration applications. You work in the daily business with ticket system, phone and email, building process and system understanding step by step. Your tasks You process user queries about our applications via ticket system, phone and email. You support operating questions and malfunctions, limit causes in a structured manner, note IT security / data protection in everyday life and document solutions to understand. You advise users on processes and optimal use of the applications and explain appropriate procedures. You accept requirements, structure them and coordinate the transfer to technology, development or external service providers. You run training stations in adjacent areas (e.g. sales, administration, technology, projects / consulting, development) and in simple commercial IT topics (e.g. offers, procurement, voting, performance comparisons).

(special) abitur or a good school degree. Interest in IT applications and business processes. Service orientation and clear communication. Careful operation, reliability, readiness to learn. Teamability and own initiative.
