Self-fulfilment of maintenance, assembly and repair work on building systems and facilities Participation in installation work in the context of reconstruction and rehabilitation measures troubleshooting and safety and function checks with subsequent commissioning and documentation Support for other plants on site in industrial plants

A completed training to the locksmith, industrial mechanic, metal builder or a comparable qualification Ideally first experience in technical building management / facility management Valid welding note desirable Service orientation and flexibility Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (including additional remuneration) Class 3 / B driving licence
