As HR analyst (m/w/d), you are the driving force behind data-based HR decisions. You combine analytical skills with technological know-how and ideally bring experience in Compensation & Benefits. In this role, you design HR processes more efficiently, develop reporting solutions and support the strategic remuneration policy.
