Implementation of the performance and quality planning and implementation of projects of small to medium size and complexity or of subprojects in compliance with the cost and time frame Ensuring all development-relevant measures to achieve project success within the meaning of the corporate objectives Sustainable care of customer contacts Ensuring the external and internal contract, risk and claim management in cooperation with the respective departments Professional leadership of small interdisciplinary project teams without disciplinary responsibility Guided negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with the participating specialist bodies Support for sales in acquisitions Ensuring targeted project communication Progress monitoring and evaluation as well as compiling reports from controlling reports Control of suppliers during project execution

Complete technical university studies Project Management Certification Level C according to GPM standard Experience in the responsible leadership of teams English language skills in word and writing, other foreign language skills (Spanish or French) desirable Business thinking and acting Enforcement, negotiation and communication skills High intercultural competence as well as a targeted and independent way of working Global readiness
